    Much less substantial than I'd hoped

    I bought this set to replace a set of Reed and Barton stainless flatware we'd had for years--and from which we'd lost half the teaspoons.

    I love the style of the Fable flatware, but I'm quite disappointed with how lightweight they are. Would have returned them but discarded the boxes.

    I waited for 2 years before buying this set due to the hefty price tag. I am so glad I did wait, looks amazing, great weight and balance, and the black is very beautiful in our mid century modern dining room.
