    Sharp!

    The knives are sharp and cut very well. They have a good weight to them. I found that the handles are a teensy bit rough to the touch when I first opened them. I was scared to sand them, so I applied some wood conditioner (same as the ones I use for my wood cutting boards), and they were fine afterwards.
